Falling down the rabbit hole

I'm a married male in the military. I am interested in Fitness, Running, Sex, Comedy, Zombies, more Sex, BDSM, MMA, Firearms, Sex again, Prepping and Politics.

When I’m not feeling the burn on each rep I up my weight to ensure that I am STRUGGLING with each rep and each set. You won’t progress if you workout at a soft pace and don’t push yourself! The intensity of your workouts needs to be high through the ENTIRE workout! It’s not just about getting up and going to the gym. It’s about making it worth while when you are there and making each workout COUNT!! There is a huge difference between going to the gym, and MURDERING the gym! Lol. Make your workouts count!! Progress will follow!! 👍

In Norway, not even the normal cops have guns and they have one of the lowest murder rates in the entire world. I don’t get why americans think there will be more murders, robbers and rapers running around on the streets. Only because they are not allowed to own 2 assault rifles, 1 shotgun and 3 handguns.

Maybe because Norway had a huge massacre with a gun that is banned.
